Effortless to use

Set up takes about ten minutes. The plastic appears of high top quality and pretty resilient. it is simple to eliminate from the wrist mount and transfer to the bike mount which helps make it ideal for duathlons. as others have commented, it does sit a small greater on your wrist when managing, but you just get employed to it and the ease of use on the bicycle a lot more than helps make up for it.

great product

good simple item.simple to suit to the bike, not obtrusive in any way and maked switching from bike to run a doddle.only down side is it makes the view a little bit bulkier.not tried taking away a wetsuit over it however but so considerably no issues.
